Total, Maximum and Minimum Duration of Projects
Total, maximum and minimum duration of projects is a
key performance indicator that shows the total, maximum and minimum time spent
on projects, e.g. in days. This KPI helps to determine how much time it takes
to close the projects.
If you need to count total, maximum and minimum duration
of projects, please follow the steps below:
- To enable the displaying of total,
maximum and minimum duration for task
group please follow the steps described at:
Total, Maximum and Minimum Duration of Tasks for a Given Time Span
- To enable the displaying of total, maximum and minimum of projects select
the root or parent task group and click "Custom fields options"
- In "Edit custom fields options" window select the following
options:
- select custom field "Duration"
- select "Enable"
- check "Aggregated (for task group)
- to select total duration of
projects select "Sum" and the custom field name "Duration"
- to select maximum
or minimum duration of projects select "Max" or "Min" and the custom field name
"Duration"
