Total and Average Overtime KPI

Total and Average Overtime KPI is a project management KPI that shows the total and average number of overhead hours the resources work in access of regular working hours scheduled for a project. This KPI allows to estimate how successful resources and work are allocated between projects.

To define Total and Average Overtime KPI values please follow the steps below:

• Create the custom field "Overtime Work"



• To enable the displaying of total and average value of this KPI select the root or parent task group and click "Custom fields options"



• In "Edit custom fields options" window select the following options:
  • select custom field "Overtime Work"
  • select "This Task Group" in the field "Settings for"
  • select "Enable"
  • check "Aggregated (for task group)
  • to display  the total  overtime hours for projects select "Sum" and the custom field name "Overtime Work"



• to display  the average overtime hours for projects select "Average" and the custom field name "Overtime Work"
